With 71% of American citizens clearly opposed to construction of an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, it’s hard to believe the latest disturbing reports: that the backers of the Ground Zero mosque are pushing for taxpayer funding to finance the $100 million project.

It’s unthinkable – tax-free bonds to build an Islamic shrine where thousands of Americans were murdered by Islamic terrorists on 9/11?

It’s yet another bad move by the Ground Zero mosque developers … and the American Center for Law and Justice is fighting back.

As you know, the ACLJ is already on the front lines challenging this project. We’re in court – with a lawsuit on behalf of New York firefighter and 9/11 survivor Tim Brown, fighting to keep this project from getting off the ground.

Now, in addition to doing all we can to stop the mosque from being built at this sacred site, the ACLJ is demanding that NO taxpayer funding – NO tax-free bonds – be used as financing for this misguided project.

Make no mistake, this is nothing short of a double standard – your church would not be legally allowed to use tax-free bonds.

So we’re taking a stand, sending a clear and powerful message to the New York officials making this wrong-headed decision:

On behalf of America’s fallen victims of 9/11 and the majority of the citizens of America, it’s time to reverse course: NO taxpayer funding … NO Islamic mosque at Ground Zero.

Many of the highly educated types, buy into Marxism handed down from their Marxist professors.  Marxism has been an abysmal failure scourge upon the planet and most people can witness this first hand today.  What has worked?  Free markets!  Free enterprise!  Look at the economies of China and India and embrace it!

 You socialist people (leftists) stuck in the past need to wake up and realize the great leading light America has been for the world historically.  You need reform, and correction in your world view — and you have been indoctrinated by a leftist invasion of our schools and youth. 

*We* can make the world completely successful with Capitalism, not oppressive Statist regimes!  We American’s need to throw out vigourously the champians of socialsim and discredited Marxism on the left, namely Reid, Pelosi, Obama and many other leftist infiltrating the U.S.A.  Take back Americ and restore her honer as a God fearing nation.  I pray we can do that.
